for our client based in the west side of Singapore in their Plant Facilities. Our client is known for providing equipment and services for refrigerated transport and temperature-controlled cargo management. This is a
1 year contract role
with high likelihood of extension or conversion to permanent. Job Responsibilities In charge of scheduling and tracking preventive & corrective maintenance tasks across equipment and facilities Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities Support in SOE Budget Planning and Expenses Tracking Monitor and report on Statement of Expense (SOE) spending to ensure alignment with budget forecasts Update on monthly SOE expenses and align with maintenance needs Collaborate with finance teams for accurate and timely expense reconciliation Request and negotiate quotations (RFQ) from approved vendors for maintenance services and equipment Oversee service sched...
