Maintenance Specialist Position
The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and automated systems within our structural steel fabrication workshop and broader manufacturing facility. We are looking for a highly skilled, hands‑on technician, such as a Mechatronics Technician, Millwright, or experienced Fitter and Turner, who can handle general plant maintenance while playing a key role in optimising our automated processes. You will identify and implement improvements that increase manufacturing speed, reliability, and efficiency. You will work closely with the production team to keep operations running smoothly. Occasionally, you will also be required to work at heights for maintenance tasks.
