Job Description
Overview
Provides maintenance and/or repairs to the Agency buildings and grounds, as well as to the organization's equipment. Must be able to perform with limited supervision, accept responsibilities, initiate problem solving and/or decision – making related to specialized trade work.
Responsibilities
Primary duties and resaponsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for the care and upkeep of the agency buildings, houses, properties and equipment; identify, monitor and log capital improvement projects; act as responsible person if assigned to a location or task; must do advance planning and take projects from the design stage straight through to completion; work with administration on producing and submitting funding documentationEvaluate work flow to ensure efficiency; project management to include managing vendors and agency manpower, construction management to include designing, planning, reviewi...
