One of our best customers has asked for my help to hire a skilled 2nd shift Industrial Maintenance Superintendent in Madelia, MN.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Supervising and supporting second shift maintenance supervisors and maintenance technicians, ensuring effective team performance.
+ Implementing and training new supervisors and hourly employees on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
+ Coordinating and scheduling preventative maintenance (PM) for equipment to minimize production downtime.
+ Collaborating with Human Resources on employee relations and disciplinary actions as needed.
