We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the provision of a high‑quality maintenance service that ensures property maintenance, planned programmes and minor capital work are accurately prioritised, processed and delivered in a timely manner and to budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion contractor performance, quality control, and improvements across all maintenance activities.
- Monitor and report on all maintenance work and contractor performance and competence.
- Collaborate with other Kāinga Ora business units and teams to ensure maintenance is delivered to agreed standards and that customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
- Support the engagement and development of a supportive maintenance team.
