About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor, Concrete Products will drive and implement programs to ensure a more robust, cost‑saving, efficient, and safety‑focused plant maintenance system for our Concrete Products plants. The primary objective for this position is to create a proactive and preventative maintenance program.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Track overall maintenance costs, breaking down costs by categories such as parts and assets, using the software and pinpointing actions and assets that incur the highest costs.
