We’re looking for a **Maintenance Supervisor** who can lead a team, drive performance, and ensure equipment uptime in a fluid milk and yogurt processing facility.
**Shift: 1st shift**
**What You’ll Do:**
+ **Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians**
+ Prioritize and assign daily work to ensure efficient operations
+ Drive a strong **preventive & predictive maintenance program**
+ Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime through effective **problem-solving**
+ Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performance
+ Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts
