One of our automotive clients is looking for Maintenance Supervisor in KWC region for their Tier1 & Tier2 manufacturing facility.
Pay – $90K‑100K
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and support maintenance team operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
- Minimize equipment downtime and support production efficiency
- Assign work orders and monitor maintenance tasks completion
- Track machine downtime and maintenance performance metrics
- Maintain maintenance records, repair history, and technical documentation
- Support installation, relocation, and upgrades of production equipment
- Manage spare parts inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
