This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality building services within a busy, occupied commercial, residential, retail and leisure environment, ensuring both planned and reactive work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will manage a team of 4 engineers, focusing on supervision, compliance, and contract support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
