Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision and coordination of day-to-day activities and employees of the maintenance and janitorial departments They will be responsible for determining priorities, work assignments and methods required to meet the facility needs while ensuring compliance with Company policies/procedures including safety and environmental regulations.
Key Activities/Responsibilities (list 1-15):
Supervises all personnel across the Maintenance and Janitorial groups including, but not limited to the selection, supervision and development of maintenance and janitorial personnel, work schedules, overtime, employee complaints and concerns, disciplinary activities, and training needs.Ensures equipment is maintained and operational to company standards.Assists and supports maintenance personnel with expertise in completion of work orders in a timely manner.Manages preventative maintenance sche...
