Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Campus Corner Apartments at Green River College Reports to: Director of Student Housing Salary: $30.00-$33.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary Under the direction of the Director of Student Housing, the Apartment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for curb appeal, preventative maintenance, upkeep, and facility repair. Key responsibilities include managing, scheduling and completing work orders; planning and executing preventive maintenance tasks; coordinating service and repairs with vendors; supervising the student maintenance team; and responding to emergency situations as needed.
