Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Improve equipment uptime by reducing technical downtime, addressing safety concerns, minimizing waste, and enhancing overall team performance.Provide technical consultation, analysis, and evaluation of automation systems, advanced manufacturing methods, and equipment-related issues.Manage maintenance inventory, including ordering, organizing, and issuing spare parts, with a focus on high-value and critical components to ensure immediate repair availability.Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives within Maintenance.Act as a key technical resource to Maintenance and Production teams for troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.Develop and maintain work instructions to support TPM and Preventive Maintenance programs.Support the commissioning and startup of new equipment and systems, ensuring smooth inte...
