Maintenance Supervisor(Food)
- 2–5+ years of hands‑on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, conveyors, refrigeration, boilers, and electronics.
- PLC troubleshooting experience required.
- Supervisory experience in food or bakery manufacturing maintenance.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading daily maintenance operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance of all bakery production equipment and facility systems. This role oversees troubleshooting, repairs, preventative and predictive maintenance, and the development of maintenance personnel while supporting continuous improvement and compliance with OSHA, food safety, and company standards.
