Maintenance Team Lead

Up to £37.5K + overtime (up to double time)
RPS are working in conjunction with a global, tier 1 aeropace manufacturer who are looking for a Maintenance Team Lead to join them to oversee the Farnborough facilty.
Key Responsibilities
Inspects plant and evaluates use of space and facilities.
Analyzes firms HVAC systems, computer network, lighting and other factors.
Plans, budgets and schedules facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction and acquisitions. Performs audits to support facility planning. Acts as liaison to public utility, environmental and energy agencies. Manages subordinate supervisors in the Maintenance Department. Qualifications/Skills/Experience
