Salary: $23.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure buildings, apartments, and common areas are in good working condition. This role involves responding to service requests, troubleshooting issues, completing repairs related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliances and ensuring the grounds are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient manner.
