**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for working on industrial baking equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and managing breakdowns of mixers, ovens, chillers, conveyors, packaging equipment, baggers, servo motors, transfer systems, and compressors. You will utilize volt meters to detect electrical issues, read and reset HMI's, and diagnose problems with VFD's. Experience with 3-phase motors is essential, as is the ability to document activities in the maintenance log.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative maintenance and repair on industrial baking equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using volt meters, HMI's, and VFD's.
+ Tear down and re-assemble machines as needed.
+ Fill out daily log reports, emergency breakdown reports, and work orders, and communicate with incoming shifts.
