Maintenance Technician/Operative, Croydon, CR0


Temporary, 4-8 weeks, £16.50ph (£34K)


We are looking for a proactive multi skilled Maintenance Operative for a luxury apartment building in Croydon. In this static role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding living experience by ensuring all maintenance and repair requests within the property are handled efficiently and effectively.


This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.


Duties

  • Deliver excellent customer service, working closely with colleagues and management.

  • Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance across the property.

  • Coordinate and monitor onsite contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
