Mobile Maintenance Technician, Exexter, £15ph (Equiv £28K)
Vehicle provided, Temporary contract, 3 months possibly permanent, 37.50 hours a week

Key Responsibilities
Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across residential properties.
Undertake general repairs including plumbing, carpentry, joinery, painting, decorating, and building fabric maintenance.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.
Perform weekly, monthly, and annual Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) checks.
