Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting is essential. Candidates should have basic computer skills, strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a teamwork mentality. Familiarity with various building systems, including pools and spas, HVAC, fire detection, and life safety systems, is also required. The ideal candidate will possess a dedicated work ethic and an upbeat attitude to fit well with our team.
