**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting, primarily involving Omron and similar brands. Candidates must be capable of troubleshooting Click PLCs, which are straightforward to understand. The role involves electrical troubleshooting tasks, such as dealing with 3-phase motors, switches, sensors, servo drives, and VFDs. Mechanical troubleshooting includes work with hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes, pumps, motors, belts, and roller conveyors. Preventative maintenance is performed monthly, requiring a 4-5 day shutdown of the production line. Technicians will manage work orders, respond to calls, and communicate with production staff and the engineering team to efficiently complete repairs.
