Responsibilities- Maintain all plant machinery and furnaces, and keep equipment in good operating conditions.
- Generate effective repair solutions or diagnoses/troubleshoot faults to breakdown maintenance by incorporating all best practices and resources.
- Perform preventive maintenance of heat treatment equipment and other machinery.
- Schedule and perform regular furnace calibration works including temperature uniformity test and system accuracy tests.
- NITEC in Engineering.
- Knowledge of electrical components, PLC and wiring diagrams.
- Able to demonstrate strong machine repair knowledge.
- Possess excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Follow safety instructions as required.
