Job Description
JOB PUR P OSE:
- To perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of County buildings, grounds, and parking garage. This responsibility will include all advanced HVAC systems and related equipment, plumbing systems, electrical and lighting systems, building structural systems and various complex equipment and furniture. The position is a 40-hour-a-week position, with a full benefits package.
- Pay commensurate with qualifications and experience, starting at $25.62 per hour. Please note, applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a valid driver’s license. 30-hour OSHA certification, or ability to obtain within one year.
