Maintenance Technician Co. Longford Talent Curve Recruitment is managing a search for a Maintenance Technician to join a leading, high-volume manufacturing organisation in Co. Longford. Core Responsibilities Breakdown Support: Provide rapid-response electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to minimise downtime on high-speed production lines. PPM Programmes: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance on automated systems, conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics. PLC Fault-Finding: Interrogate PLC systems (such as Siemens or Allen-Bradley) to diagnose input/output and sensor faults. Continuous Improvement: Assist in machinery modifications to improve OEE and safety. Compliance: Adhere strictly to LOTO protocols, health & safety policies, and HACCP/GMP standards. Reporting: Document all activities within the site's CMMS.
