Fondomonte South America S.A. seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician (Mechanic) to join our operations team. This role is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on agricultural and industrial machinery, ensuring equipment availability and optimal performance in line with company standards and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tractors and heavy machinery, including oil changes, filter replacement, engine repairs, hydraulic systems, and transmissions.
- Conduct basic diagnostics to identify mechanical issues such as leaks, noises, or failures, and report findings to the supervisor.
- Safely operate hand, electric, pneumatic tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and work areas according to housekeeping standards.
