+ **Repair and maintain production equipment** daily, including Tier I systems (shrink wrappers, heat tunnels, printers, conveyors, metal detectors, blenders, checkweighers, dust collectors, box tapers) and about half of Tier II systems (cartoners, stick machines, wrappers, presses, labelers, fabrication equipment)
+ **Diagnose root‑cause issues** and implement long‑term solutions to reduce downtime and boost OEE
+ **Set up and adjust machinery** to meet production schedules and product specifications
