Repair and maintain company equipment. Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns with schematics, drawings, and PLC programs. Works within cross functional team to develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing process improvements and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Performs repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production machines.
• Diagnoses machine problems and correct with appropriate actions.
• Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work area.
• Performs equipment set up and preparation for production.
• Conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.
• Applies knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation.
