Job Purpose
The MST Technician – Plumbing / Plumber is responsible for conducting preventative and corrective maintenance, resolving plumbing and hydraulic technical issues, and handling emergency situations across assigned properties. The role ensures that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and repair complex hydraulic and plumbing issues across assigned sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technical equipment including pumps, expansion vessels, and water tanks as per maintenance schedules.
- Attend and resolve plumbing and mechanical emergencies, including on-call duties.
- Identify technical improvements for plumbing and mechanical systems and recommend enhancements to the Operations Manager.
