Job Description
Store Repairs and Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment such as fryers ovens tandoors exhaust systems refrigeration units chillers and freezers
- Handle basic electrical plumbing carpentry and civil repairs at the store level
- Attend urgent breakdowns and restore operations quickly and safely
- Maintain proper records of repairs and parts used
Preventive Maintenance
- Create and follow a planned maintenance calendar for each outlet in conjunction with Operations team
- Carry out routine servicing of major equipment to reduce breakdowns
- Inspect critical systems and flag issues before they become problems
- Ensure HACCP-related equipment checks are completed and documented
Vendor and Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with approved service vendors AMC providers and contractors
