**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician performs advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on diagnosing issues with sensors, motors, and control systems, as well as repairing and optimizing mechanical systems to keep equipment running safely and efficiently at established production standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform electrical troubleshooting on photo eyes, sensors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
+ Support PLC-related troubleshooting activities, including working with Siemens and Mitsubishi systems.
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical systems such as bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, pneumatic systems, pallet lifts, and press machines.
+ Remove, replace, and rewire three-phase AC and DC motors.
