**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex automated systems used in high-volume electronics manufacturing. This role ensures that robotic cells and custom automated assembly equipment operate at peak efficiency with minimal downtime.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on robotic arms, conveyors, pick-and-place machines, and automated optical inspection (AOI) systems to prevent mechanical or electrical failure.
+ Diagnose root causes of equipment malfunctions involving PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), sensors, motors, pneumatic systems, and vision systems.
+ Calibrate high-precision robotics and automated tooling to ensure accuracy in component placement and soldering within tight tolerances.
