Title: Maintenance Technician Job ID: 21525 Location: Aero - 501 Airport Rd, SG Description Job Description: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems Diagnose faults and perform repairs on equipments and facility issues Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety risks Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, and work orders Ensure tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly maintained and stored Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers Comply with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency Assist in emergency response situations (e.g. power failure, water leaks, fire alarms)
