Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the ongoing maintenance and repair of condominium and HOA communities. This role is responsible for routine maintenance, preventative inspections, and project-based repairs across common areas, residential buildings, and exterior property features.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in carpentry, exterior repairs, and general building systems, and takes pride in maintaining safe, high-quality, and visually appealing communities.
The pay rate for this role starts at $25/hour and up depending on experience + a $3,000 retention bonus
- $500 after completion of the 90-day probationary period
- $1,000 after the 6-month review
- $1,500 after successfully completing one year of employment
