We are looking for a Maintenance Technicien V - HVAC (Refrigiration Mechanic)!
Summary
Perform skilled technical work in the maintenance, operation, and repair of building system components and related installations including the performance of a variety of maintenance and installation tasks according to established schedules, methods and procedures to satisfy the operational requirements of the Project Agreement.
Oversee the work of contractors; develop work plans; respond to emergency situations; adapt work methods to address problems; estimate and requisition materials; and prepare records and reports.
Perform other work outside of positions usual trade certification but within the individual's capability or work experience as part of the maintenance team.
