**Position Summary:**

**Essential Functions of the Job:**
+ Cleaning and sanitation of facilities and equipment using industrial chemicals and cleaners.
+ Operation of powered industrial forklifts, scissor lift, power sweeper, pallet jacks, personnel cart, etc.
+ Basic preventative maintenance inspections and tasks, including, but not limited to, fire extinguisher checks, eye wash/shower checks, lighting checks, etc.
+ Basic facilities maintenance including, but not limited to, room set-ups, furniture movement, parking lot signs, etc.
+ Helper to other maintenance classifications.
