Summary These positions are located in Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve, in the Facilities Division. These are Career/Career-Conditional Full-time appointment. Responsibilities As a Maintenance Worker, you will perform the following duties: Performing recurring building and/or utility maintenance and operation duties and to assist journeymen and other higher-graded workers. Replacing light switches and household light fixtures and changing light bulbs. Mixing masonry cement, sand and water, cinder blocks and flagstone.
