Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on team member to support both equipment uptime and material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary maintenance support on shift, while also assisting with material handling to keep production running smoothly. Maintenance (Primary Responsibility)
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all equipment issues on the production floor
* Troubleshoot and repair assembly equipment, fixtures, and basic automation
* Perform and track preventive maintenance (PMs) using maintenance software
* Document work orders, repairs and PM completion using maintenance software
* Respond quickly to downtime and restore equipment to running condition
* Identify repeat issues and implement corrective actions
* Support and verify error-proofing systems (poka-yoke, sensors, fixtures, etc.)
