Viking is seeking a Maître D’Hotel for our river vessels, located in Switzerland. You will manage the Food and Beverage service operation, ensuring a professional and friendly service for guests. The ideal candidate must have a strong focus on guest satisfaction and previous experience in hospitality.
Responsibilities include overseeing restaurant operations, training the team, and maintaining cleanliness standards. A High School education with a Hospitality Diploma is required, alongside at least 3 years of experience in upscale environments.
