Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream.
- Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and ‘swarm’ to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines.
What you’ll do
- Execute Operations & Stock Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, leading the “swarm” to correctly handle tasks, and overseeing all teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries according to standards.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead on-job training and coaching for team members, and champion a safe and healthy work environment.
- Maintain Store Standards: Ensure the evening team are filling to correct standards, prioritize shelf-friendly packaging, and manage overstocks effectively.
