Job Description
Roster Option 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday shifts, each running 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM.
What you’ll do
- Execute Operations & Stock Management: ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, lead the swarm to correctly handle tasks, and oversee all teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries according to standards.
- Team Leadership & Development: lead on‑job training and coaching for team members, and champion a safe and healthy work environment.
- Maintain Store Standards: ensure the evening team are filling to correct standards, prioritize shelf‑friendly packaging, and manage overstocks effectively.
- Resolve Issues Proactively: timely elevate process‑related issues to the Function Lead for resolution.
- Contribute to Store Leadership: step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in Better Together connections to foster team collaboration.
