As a Make Ready Tech, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously prepare rental units for occupancy, ensuring they not only meet but exceed the established quality standards. - Carry out general handyman and repair technician duties as required.
- Ensure prompt and accurate completion of service orders.
- Perform Make Ready tasks to ready units for new tenants.
- Conduct move-in/move-out orientations for new tenants.
- Assist in addressing punch list items as instructed.
- Aid in building activities per Manager's directives.
- Manage cleaning tasks, pressure washing, make ready's, warranty calls, and vendor meeting coordination.
