Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
o Clean, deburr, sand, and finish products as required.
o Perform sandblasting as needed.
o Repair and patch materials according to instructions from leadership or engineering.
o Accurately document labor transactions.
o Utilize hand tools and air tools effectively.
o Maintain 5S standards for workplace organization and cleanliness.
o Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
o Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
o Perform any other duties as assigned.

o High School Diploma/GED.
o Experience:

o Skills:
o Experience with sandblasting equipment and abrasive finishing processes.
