Whitestone Holdings is looking for a dedicated Mall Administration Officer/Staff to join our team in Zambales.
Key Responsibilities
- Tenant Coordination: act as the primary point of contact for tenants.
- Operational Oversight: ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
- Financial Administration: manage collections and payments.
- Lease & Construction: oversee lease contracts and fit‑out guidelines.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in mall/retail operations is a plus!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Zambales.
