Responsibilities
- Achieve yearly target income through sponsorship and leasing of temporary spaces
- Conceptualize and execute fairs, special events and activities to add value to assigned property
- Spearhead special events, projects, activations in common areas of property handled
- Keep a calendar of all promotions and activities happening in property assigned to
- Monitor all promotions and activities and prepare post-evaluation reports for every event
- Coordinate with Leasing group to come up with an updated list of tenants of property handled
- Monitor and update tenant sales and performance / Manage yearly promo and activities calendar of property handled
- Prepare post-promo / post-mortem for all activities handled for filing
- Ensure that all events, exhibitors and organizers are following the company rules and guidelines
