MS Server Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA
As an MS Server Engineer (L2) you will maintain clients' IT infrastructure and systems, proactively monitor, identify, investigate and resolve technical incidents and problems, and support change and automation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor work queues.
- Perform operational tasks to resolve incidents/requests within agreed SLAs.
- Update tickets with resolution tasks.
- Identify, investigate and analyze issues before they impact service, logging all incidents in a timely manner.
- Capture required information for immediate resolution.
- Provide second‑level support for incidents and requests and identify root causes.
- Communicate with other teams and clients to extend support.
- Execute changes with clear risk identification and mitigation plans captured in the change record.
