Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER Responsibilities You will be responsible for measuring, tracking, monitoring and reports on business processes to provide recommendations for operational goals, changes and improvements. You will prepare, analyze and track metrics that measure command business performance. You will conduct perform management studies and surveys across command organization lines. You will communicate complex information across various audiences from peers to senior leadership. You will coordinate and provide customer support to those requiring assistance with Business Operations Division related products and services.
