As a Management and Program Analyst, you will provide leadership and technical expertise on matters pertaining to Treasury Offset Program and debt collection operations. Responsibilities As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Lead or participate in technical committees or task forces composed of Treasury and other Federal agency personnel and stakeholder representatives concerning issues of mutual interest in the field of debt management and debt collection. Review, evaluate, and report on government wide debt management processes and activities to determine strengths and weaknesses, and recommend improvements in the operations.
