Coastal Reserve in the Western Cape is looking for an experienced couple.

General Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star properties
Own transport
Valid driver’s licence (essential)
Strong team management and time management skills
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to think on their feet
Able to work independently without supervision
Outgoing personalities with strong guest engagement and hosting skills
Requirements

Role 1 of the couple:

Level 1 Marine Guide Qualification (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment) – all guiding qualifications must be up to date and valid
Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Basic HR knowledge
Valid PDP

Role 2 of the couple:

All-rounder knowledge across departments (advantageous)
PAN knowledge (essential)
