- Mon to Fri; 8.30am - 6pm

Job Description

1. To provide training support to Adult Educators (AEs) and learners subscribed to all WSQ Programmes.

  • Sending out Sign-up sheets to AEs to facilitate tagging of learners’ Practicum, Coaching and Assessment sessions into the Training Management System (TMS).
  • Sending out Welcome Emails to Learners and creation of Learners’ CANVAS account.
  • Creation of Practicum, Coaching and Assessment sessions, in TMS, if required.
  • Assists learners’ in reschedule, withdrawal and deferment requests.
  • Check learners’ attendance, past modules’ results and approve results in TMS.
  • Print and prepare assessment folders for AEs.
  • Verify the accuracy of all returned assessment folders from AEs, update the Excel Tracking Sheet and pack the folders in boxes for mustering.
