ValueMomentum is looking for an experienced MIS Executive to support Talent Acquisition operations through effective reporting, vendor coordination, and SOW management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly recruitment MIS reports and dashboards
- Generate hiring trackers, onboarding reports, offer status reports, and recruitment analytics
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition teams and external recruitment vendors
- Handle vendor management activities, follow-ups, documentation, and tracking
- Prepare and maintain SOWs (Statement of Work) and operational records
