Summary The Management and Program Analyst is aligned under the Veterans Health Administration, Workforce Management and Consulting Office (WMCO 10A2A), Center of Expertise (CoE). HR Policy and Programs is responsible for legislative development, policy development, consultative advisory services and training, oversight and compliance of the full range of HR disciplines for the VHA workforce across 3 personnel management systems. Responsibilities This position serves as the Management and Program Analyst for HR Policy and Programs. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure optimal performance of HR Policy and Programs administrative functions and activities.
